The initiative, part of the European Week of Sport, will take place between 09:00 and 14:00. Designated venues include El Cerrillo Park, the Bullring, the Martín Colmenarejo Sports Center, and the Santa Teresa Swimming Pool.
The program features disciplines such as Nordic walking, calisthenics, pickleball, pilates, cross training, muay thai, and jiu-jitsu, alongside a dedicated space for children with autism spectrum disorder. The event is supported by local clubs, associations, and sports companies, which will open their facilities to encourage public participation.
Registration for activities, open to individuals aged 3 and up, is available via the official website until September 25. The event will also feature exhibitions in disciplines such as judo, taekwondo, Olympic shooting, and rhythmic gymnastics, led by prominent local athletes.
