The town of Colmenar Viejo has taken a significant step in modernizing its municipal services by acquiring a state-of-the-art compact backhoe loader. This new machinery, assigned to the Public Works Brigade, aims primarily to optimize the maintenance of streets and rural roads, and to enhance the speed of response to potential emergencies affecting the municipality.
The total investment in this new technical equipment amounts to 169,393.95 euros, including VAT. This financial allocation is considered a long-term asset investment, focused on gradually replacing outdated work methods with advanced technology-assisted approaches to ensure optimal performance in the daily care of public spaces.
The versatility of the new backhoe loader will enable efficient operation in both the urban center and the extensive natural and agricultural areas of Colmenar Viejo's municipality. The machinery is designed for quick and safe transit between different environments, ensuring effectiveness in tasks ranging from repairing potholes to conditioning trails.
