The Tres Cantos City Council has initiated the application process for its municipal Music, Dance, and Theater schools, providing artistic training for the 2026-2027 academic year to residents of all ages.

The municipal schools of Tres Cantos have commenced the admission period for the 2026-2027 academic year, featuring a diverse range of courses in disciplines such as Music, Dance, and Theater. This educational program is designed for residents of all ages, with application deadlines varying by specialty and educational level.
The process begins with the Music School, where the application period remains open until April 26 for students born in 2022 and earlier years. Applications are submitted online via a form provided by the center, located at the Adolfo Suárez Cultural Center. The curriculum covers everything from introductory stages to advanced levels, including musical language and instrumental practice.
The lists of admitted students for Music will be published in two phases: May 12 for those born between 2019 and 2022, and June 16 for all other applicants. Subsequently, the enrollment period will run from May 19 to May 29.
Meanwhile, the Municipal Dance School will open its application period from May 4 to May 29. In this instance, registration must be completed in person at the school's Secretariat, located in Plaza de la Estación. The educational program includes introductory and specialization levels, with offerings such as Pre-Dance I and II for children aged 4 to 6 years, and disciplines like Spanish Dance, Flamenco, and Classical Ballet, following the Royal Academy of Dance system. In cases of high demand, places will be allocated using a numerical indexing system established by the Community of Madrid, with admission lists to be announced in June.
The Municipal Theater School shares the same application schedule as the Dance School, with applications open from May 4 to May 29. Its educational offerings are structured by age and experience level, allowing for tailored progression in scenic arts learning. Children's levels, for students aged 4 to 7 years, include weekly 90-minute sessions, while for ages 8 to 11 years, classes are held in the afternoon. For pre-youth, youth, and adult levels, the training incorporates more advanced technical content, with initiation, advanced, and specialization tracks. Classes take place at the Factoría Cultural, with two-hour weekly sessions and monthly fees ranging from 30 to 40 euros.
Through this call, the City Council reaffirms its commitment to accessible artistic education, providing programs adapted to various ages and skill levels. Detailed information regarding schedules, specialties, and regulations is available on each school's website and the municipal platform.
