The summer day event in Algete will take place on July 4th, with activities extending until 11:45 PM at the municipal pool. Between 8:00 PM and 11:30 PM, access to the facility will be free until capacity is reached, providing an opportunity for residents to enjoy the facilities at no cost.
Activities will commence at 11:15 AM with a master yoga class on the lawn, limited to 50 spots and requiring pre-registration at the pool's ticket office. Starting at 6:00 PM, a beach volleyball championship will be held on the designated court, open to mixed teams of up to four players aged 16 and over, with registration closing at 12:00 PM on the same day at JM Serrat or the Sports Department.
At 7:00 PM, an aquafit class will be offered in the pool, with on-the-spot registration subject to availability. Simultaneously, in the racket sports area of the municipal sports center, Club Dusport will organize padel and tennis championships, each with a 10 Euro registration fee, requiring prior registration via email.
The afternoon will continue at 8:00 PM with a zumba master class on the lawn, also with on-the-spot registration until capacity is reached. The musical finale will be provided by DJs Gaby, Adri, and Erick, who will entertain the lawn from 9:00 PM until the facility closes.
In addition to the main program, complementary activities for families with children are planned, including children's entertainment with face painting throughout the afternoon and aquatic inflatables available in two sessions: from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM.
Registration procedures vary by activity: yoga, aquafit, and zumba allow on-the-day sign-ups or registration at the pool's ticket office. Beach volleyball requires advance registration with a deadline, while padel and tennis necessitate a fee and prior email confirmation. It is advisable to register early for activities with limited capacity to secure a spot.
