Throughout September, residents of Alcobendas can benefit from an initiative to boost consumption in local businesses. 3,000 discount vouchers, each worth five euros, will be issued and can be used in participating shops and hospitality establishments.
The download of these vouchers will begin on September 4th and their use will be permitted until October 4th, or while supplies last. Each person can access a maximum of 12 vouchers, representing a potential of up to 60 euros in discounts per consumer if fully utilized.
Of the 3,000 available vouchers, 2,000 will be allocated for purchases in shops, while the remaining 1,000 can be redeemed in hospitality establishments. Each voucher is worth five euros, and its application will depend on the total amount of the purchase or consumption.
For purchases or consumptions equal to or greater than 15 euros, one voucher can be used. If the amount reaches 30 euros, two vouchers can be used. For transactions of at least 50 euros, up to four vouchers can be applied simultaneously, resulting in a maximum discount of 20 euros per transaction.
The coupons will be downloaded through an enabled platform and sent via email. Users can present them printed or directly from their mobile device. It will be necessary to indicate the use of the discount before paying and show the DNI or NIE for verification. The vouchers are personal and non-transferable and will be valid for 24 hours from their receipt.
The campaign, aimed at encouraging purchases and consumption in local businesses, will start on Friday, September 4th at 10:00 AM and will end on October 4th, or sooner if the vouchers are exhausted.
Interested establishments, considered small businesses with fewer than 50 employees and an annual turnover below ten million euros, have until Monday, August 24th to join. The initiative covers various sectors, from textiles and perfumery to restaurants and bars.
