Alcobendas Hosts Boxing Talents Finals with Eleven Titles at Stake

The national competition seeks young Spanish boxing prospects in its inaugural edition, culminating in eleven championship bouts.

The Municipal Sports Center José Caballero in Alcobendas will host the grand final of Boxing Talents this Friday, June 5th, a competition that will feature eleven titles.

The event, created to identify and nurture young Spanish boxing prospects for professional careers, concludes its first edition with a total of eleven championship bouts. The competition has traveled across various autonomous communities, solidifying its national scope in the search for new talents.
Eight male and three female finals will be contested, with boxers vying for eleven white belts, the symbol of the Boxing Talents champions. One of the most anticipated matchups is the featherweight final between Roni Tirado, from the La Escuela de Jero García club, and Julio Pérez, representing Coraje Muñoz. This bout has been scheduled by the organization as the night's finale.
Before the main event, the remaining ten finals will take place. In the heavyweight category (+90 kg), Rodolpho E. Letelier, from the Javier Pardo team, will face Gorka Papín of AztecaBox. The organization also recently added the 80-90 kg final between Madrid natives Cristian Ruiz, from Lominchar, and Denil Kamis, from Emporio Barcelo.
The male undercard also includes: Jorge Mendaña vs. Jill Gomis (75-80 kg); José Luis Sáez vs. David Edwniel (70-75 kg); Alex M. Castro vs. Ángel Salinas (65-70 kg); Yoelvis Jesús vs. Abdelkader (60-65 kg); and Eneko Barbace vs. Alberto González (50-55 kg).
In the female categories, three finals will be held: Ilham Boukhris vs. Kiverly Van (65-70 kg); Lucía Marcos vs. María Nhair (54-57 kg); and Claudia Sanchís vs. Diana Guerrero (51-54 kg). Madrid representatives Claudia Sanchís and Diana Guerrero will open the event.
The winners will receive the white belt, designed by Custom Fighter in collaboration with RockCBox Magazine, inspired by values such as sacrifice, nobility, and sporting achievement. The design pays tribute to figures like María Jesús Rosa and Kiko Martínez.
The organization has expressed gratitude for the collaboration of the Alcobendas City Council, recognized as the Best European City of Sport 2025, and supporting entities. The Councilor for Sports, Jesús Tortosa, attended the semifinals. Doors will open at 8:00 PM and bouts will commence at 9:00 PM.
