Registrations for 110 affordable rental homes in Colmenar Viejo, part of the Community of Madrid's VIVE III Plan, will open on April 28, located in the Arroyo Espino neighborhood.

This initiative marks the first phase of the program in the municipality, offering properties situated at Calle Alonso de Ojeda, 32. Available homes include one and two-bedroom configurations, complemented by services such as a parking space, storage room, and access to common areas.
Key features of the development include a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, children's play areas, an outdoor gym, and spaces dedicated to parcel reception. Additionally, five units have been specifically adapted for people with reduced mobility, ensuring accessibility.
Monthly rental prices range from 667 euros for one-bedroom homes to 1,099 euros for two-bedroom homes. These rates are all-inclusive, covering community fees, taxes, and associated rental charges.

"Applications can be submitted from 11:00 AM on April 28 through the dedicated website. Homes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis."

Key handover to successful applicants is anticipated to occur in September of this year. To be eligible for one of these homes, applicants must meet several requirements, including using the property as their primary residence and not owning another home in Spain.
Other criteria include being of legal age or an emancipated minor, holding Spanish nationality or legal residency, and falling within established income limits, which range from 1.5 to 5.5 times the IPREM. Furthermore, rent payments must not exceed 35% of the applicant's income. Priority will be given to those registered or working in Colmenar Viejo for at least three years.
