Starting Tuesday, April 28, interested parties can begin the application process for one of the 110 modernly constructed homes in Arroyo Espino. This initiative aims to facilitate emancipation and residential stability, providing an affordable alternative in the rental market.
The homes, with 1 and 2 bedrooms, include a garage space (some with two) and a storage room. Additionally, the complex features a swimming pool, green areas, an outdoor gym, children's play areas, and a parcel reception service. Five homes have been reserved and adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Rental prices, which comply with Public Protected Housing for Rent (VPPB) regulations, range from 667 euros for one-bedroom apartments to 1,099 euros for two-bedroom units. These rates include community fees, IBI, and corresponding taxes, ensuring transparency in monthly expenses.
To be an assignee, the home must be the applicant's habitual residence, and they cannot own another property in Spain. Family income must be between 1.5 and 5.5 times the IPREM, and rent payments cannot exceed 35% of annual income.
“"To access these new homes, priority will be given to registered residents and those who work here, facilitating their access to their first home and supporting them in starting or consolidating their life project in our municipality."
The priority for local ties requires a minimum of three years of registration or work in Colmenar Viejo. Registration will be strictly by order of application starting at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 28, via the official portal pryconsacolmenar.es, with keys expected to be delivered in September.
