The Centro Municipal La Esfera has been the venue for Talento FP, a pioneering initiative that unites Alcobendas and San Sebastián de los Reyes to bring Vocational Training opportunities closer to students, families, and businesses. The event, organized in collaboration with the Community of Madrid, showcases a wide range of basic, intermediate, and higher-level degrees.

Throughout the day, attendees have the opportunity to interact directly with exhibitors from the fifteen participating educational centers, eight from Alcobendas and seven from San Sebastián de los Reyes. These centers offer over 140 qualifications across sixteen professional families, including areas such as Administration and management, Information technology and communications, Healthcare, Commerce and marketing, Electricity and electronics, Hospitality and tourism, and Physical and sports activities.
The fair also provides information about the Mentores FP program from the Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid, designed to support students in their training journey. The organizers emphasize that Talento FP seeks to facilitate access to clear and direct information about Vocational Training, fostering contact between educational centers, students, and the business community in the area.
With the aim of becoming an annual event in the northern zone of Madrid, this initiative highlights the importance of Vocational Training as an effective pathway to employment and the academic and professional development of young people.
