The Community of Madrid continues the works for the future Central Citizen Service Office (OCAC), located on Carretas Street in the capital, with an opening planned for next January.

The Minister of the Presidency, Justice, and Local Administration, Miguel Ángel García Martín, has supervised the space conditioning work. The future office, which will have 828 square meters, will house the OCAC in 500 square meters and the Registry of Unions of Fact in 218 square meters. The remaining 110 square meters will be allocated to adapted access, security control, and waiting rooms.
The OCAC will have 13 service desks and a team of 31 professionals. It will offer in-person service with and without appointments, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Additionally, it will include a preferential assistance service for the elderly and people with disabilities, as well as a self-management station for carrying out procedures.
