The School of Industrial Organization (EOI) and the Association of Ibero-American Businesswomen (AMEIB-Pachamama) have signed a collaboration agreement in Madrid to promote female leadership and entrepreneurship in the Ibero-American sphere.

The agreement establishes a framework for collaboration on initiatives of common interest, focusing on women's professional development. The alliance aims to connect EOI's training expertise with AMEIB's network of businesswomen, fostering knowledge, skill enhancement, and opportunity generation.
Both entities explored joint work streams, including participation in the XXX Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government, to be held in Madrid on November 4 and 5. AMEIB, which promotes equal opportunities and cultural diversity, joins the EOI Friendly Entities program.
AMEIB's accession to the program will grant the association benefits such as the use of EOI facilities, discounts on training programs, and preferential participation in the school's events. The agreement also includes information exchange and activity dissemination to broaden the reach of training.
The EOI Friendly Entities program seeks to consolidate a global learning network for economic and social transformation, focusing on innovation and professional talent development. AMEIB's inclusion strengthens this network, facilitating connections between professionals, companies, and institutions on both sides of the Atlantic.
