Authorities have seized a clandestine laboratory equipped with machinery for manufacturing tablets, including manual presses and various chemical materials. The operation took place in the municipalities of Madrid, Alcobendas, and San Sebastián de los Reyes.
During the searches, officers seized nearly 65,000 MDMA tablets, along with 32 kilos of ketamine, significant quantities of LSD and 2C-B. Additionally, replica weapons, machetes, electronic devices, and over 34,000 euros in cash were confiscated.
The investigation, which began in early 2026, confirmed the suspects' links to a hierarchical structure that included specialists in chemical synthesis, logistics, and finance. According to the police, the group had the operational capacity to handle shipments of up to five million tablets.
The six detainees have been brought before the court on charges of public health crimes and membership in a criminal organization, with five of them remanded in custody.
