The offering includes various intensive programs designed to enhance women's professional and personal skills. Among these are workshops such as 'Your Experience, Your Strength, Your Opportunity,' focused on transforming life skills into tools for professional futures, and 'More Strategy, Less Resume,' which explores the use of artificial intelligence and digital tools in job searching.
Other notable workshops include 'Lead the Change,' aimed at strengthening management skills for people and teams, and 'Speak with Impact,' to improve communication and project a solid professional image, particularly useful in job interviews. 'Mindfulness for Employability' and 'Emotional Strength in the Workplace' programs will also be offered, incorporating mindfulness techniques and self-care strategies to prevent stress and enhance concentration.
Additionally, 'English Conversation' workshops will be held to improve fluency and communicative confidence, catering to different levels. These training activities will take place at the ‘Almudena Grandes’ Equality Space.
Complementing the employment training, the department has organized community activities open to all residents. Highlights include the themed cooking workshop 'Family Halloween Delights,' designed for intergenerational sharing, and 'Pilates, Pelvic Floor, and Strength Exercises' workshops to improve physical health.
Registration for all activities will be open from September 10th to 18th via the Electronic Headquarters. A draw for places will take place on September 22nd, with confirmations communicated via email.
