The new service point is strategically located in the future main lobby of the station, opposite the main entrance and next to the Cercanías turnstiles, a high-visibility and high-traffic area. This initiative is part of Renfe's progress in transforming its customer service spaces, aiming to improve service quality and project an innovative and accessible image.
One of the most notable features of this space is its multi-screen technological wall, which provides real-time information on queues, train schedules, and commercial content. Additionally, it includes waiting areas equipped with screens for queue identification, contributing to faster service and an optimized user experience.
The design of the Renfe Space also incorporates specific areas for more personalized attention, ensuring privacy and strengthening customer relations. In terms of comfort and functionality, acoustic panels have been installed on the ceiling to improve the sound environment, along with ergonomic and accessible furniture, and equipped back-office areas to ensure efficient service operation.
