The 112 Emergency service of the Community of Madrid has regained normal call reception this Tuesday after technical issues on Monday.

The Madrid emergency service has resumed normal operations from its backup center, although the definitive return to the main headquarters in Pozuelo de Alarcón will be completed once technicians guarantee 100% correct system functionality.
During the incident on Monday, which prevented ordinary call reception, Emergencias Madrid activated alternative phone numbers such as 061 (health services), 091 (National Police), and 092 (Municipal Police) to ensure uninterrupted citizen assistance.
The Community of Madrid maintains a technical control and supervision device until the transfer of operations to the usual switchboard in Pozuelo de Alarcón is completed.
