A total of 32 pre-university students from the Community of Madrid are preparing for the 15th national final of Young Business Talents, to be held on April 17, where they will compete for the title of 'best virtual entrepreneur in the country' by managing a dairy company.

These students, from eight educational centers in the region, will join 340 other young people from 78 schools across Spain in this challenge. The competition, organized by Abanca and Praxis MMT, aims to test participants' skills in business decision-making and management.
During the competition, finalists will take on the role of executives for a virtual food sector company, specializing in dairy product sales. Using an advanced business management simulator, they will make strategic decisions in key areas such as marketing, sales, operations, production, human resources, and finance to ensure their company's profitability and competitiveness.
Participants, aged between 15 and 21, are students from 4th year of ESO, Bachillerato, and intermediate or higher vocational training cycles. They will be organized into 100 teams of three or four members. The Community of Madrid is the fifth autonomous community with the highest representation in this edition, only surpassed by Andalusia, Catalonia, Galicia, and Castilla y León.

"The Young Business Talents national final reflects the talent, preparation, and commitment of thousands of young people who have participated throughout the competition. Students reaching this phase have demonstrated not only knowledge in business management but also key skills such as teamwork, decision-making, and strategic vision, which are fundamental for their professional future."
