Francisco Martín, the government delegate in Madrid, chaired a meeting to organize the complex logistical, operational, and security arrangements. Meanwhile, Deputy Mayor Inma Sanz announced that the Madrid City Council would deploy up to 10,000 security and emergency personnel, including the Municipal Police, Firefighters, and Samur-Civil Protection. Further technical meetings are planned with forces such as the National Police, Civil Guard, and the National Intelligence Center.
