The Line 8 service will remain operational until 02:45 AM on Sunday and will include a train reinforcement of up to 33 percent during peak demand hours, as reported by the Community of Madrid. The festival, expected to draw nearly 29,000 people, will be held at the Ifema Madrid exhibition center, located on Avenida del Partenón in the Barajas district.
The closest Metro station to the event is Feria de Madrid, on Line 8. This special service, operating as a shuttle between 01:30 AM and 02:45 AM, will directly connect Feria de Madrid with Nuevos Ministerios, without intermediate stops. During this period, access to trains will be exclusively at the Feria de Madrid station, with disembarkation only at Nuevos Ministerios.
In addition to extended hours, Metro will progressively increase the number of circulating trains starting from 4:30 PM, reaching maximum intensity at midnight with an increase of up to 33 percent compared to the usual service. The company will also enhance staff presence at affected stations to manage passenger flows and address any incidents related to the festival.
With this special arrangement, the Community of Madrid aims to facilitate attendee travel and promote the use of public transport during major cultural events in the capital.
