A total of 64% of visitors have selected the Community of Madrid as their nightlife destination for this summer. The survey, conducted by Noche Madrid, also reveals that 85% of users rate the region's nightlife offerings with an average score of 8.6 out of 10.
This initiative is part of the Madrid Abierto por Vacaciones campaign, integrated into the Nightlife in Greater Madrid tourism promotion project. It aims to enhance the capital's image as a city with a vibrant summer nightlife, attracting both residents and national and international tourists.
Surveyed tourists estimate an average spending of around 90 euros per night. Furthermore, 61.9% plan to spend over 50 euros on each outing, while 28.6% anticipate exceeding 100 euros, covering activities such as dining, attending concerts or shows, and visiting clubs.
The most valued aspects by visitors include the atmosphere (53.2%), the safety of nightlife (47.6%), the quality of venues (46.8%), and the ease of getting around (41.3%).
Preferred experiences include dancing in clubs (76.2%), having drinks at bars or terraces (61.9%), listening to live music (50.8%), and dining out (41.3%).
Additionally, 62.9% of surveyed tourists believe that major musical residencies, such as those by artists like Bad Bunny or Shakira, significantly benefit Madrid's nightlife image. Festivals (45.2%), the city's overall tourism success (40.3%), the opening of new clubs (36.6%), and the Madrid Formula 1 Grand Prix also contribute positively.
