The Madrid Comic Fair will return to Matadero Madrid from April 1 to 4, 2027, establishing itself as a benchmark for the ninth art in the capital.

The third edition of the Madrid Comic Fair is scheduled to be held from April 1 to 4, 2027 at Matadero Madrid, a venue that will once again become the epicenter of comics, graphic novels, and manga. This event, organized by the City Council's Culture, Tourism and Sports Department and the Madrid Booksellers' Association, aims to strengthen its growth following the remarkable success of its previous editions.
Despite having only two editions, the fair has managed to establish itself as one of the most significant gatherings in the sector in Madrid, bringing together readers, bookstores, publishers, authors, and industry professionals. The second edition, held between March 26 and 29 of the current year, confirmed the event's excellent reception.
During the last edition, the event featured 60 stands, 32 activities, and nearly 300 signing sessions, registering a 34 percent increase in sales volume compared to the previous year. Furthermore, it received significant coverage in media and social networks, contributing to its projection and recognition.

"The fair has consolidated itself as one of the main gatherings dedicated to comics, graphic novels, and manga in Madrid."

For the 2027 edition, the organization is exploring new initiatives to enrich the visitor experience and expand its reach, aiming to attract both established fans and new readers.
