“"The aforementioned judicial resolution clearly and categorically concludes that neither the club's general director and member of its Board of Directors, nor the stadium's management entity, are responsible for any criminal offense in relation to the concerts held at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, agreeing, as requested by both and with the conformity of the Public Prosecutor's Office, to the free dismissal of the proceedings against them, thus definitively ending the criminal process."

The Provincial Court of Madrid has sided with Real Madrid C.F. in the dispute over concerts at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, dismissing criminal proceedings and attributing responsibility to event promoters.
The judicial decision, issued on May 13, 2026, overturns a previous ruling by the Instruction Court No. 53 of Madrid that had ordered the continuation of the abbreviated procedure. This case originated from neighborhood complaints about noise levels generated during musical events at the renovated stadium, which, according to residents, exceeded established limits.
The Neighborhood Association of Those Affected by the Bernabéu and several residents had filed a complaint, alleging possible crimes related to noise pollution. However, the Provincial Court has concluded that there is no criminal responsibility on the part of those investigated, with the Public Prosecutor's Office supporting the appeals filed by the club and the stadium's management entity.
The court emphasized that the organization and compliance with acoustic regulations for events fall on the external promoters who rent the venue. These companies are responsible for “promoting, organizing, developing, and executing each show,” and any administrative infraction does not automatically imply criminal responsibility for the club.
Real Madrid has expressed its satisfaction with the ruling, reaffirming its confidence in the judicial system following this resolution that concludes the criminal process.
