The artisanal Italian gelato brand, La Dolce Fina, has initiated a new phase of expansion in Spain through its franchise model. Concurrently, it has inaugurated its sixth company-owned establishment in Plaza de Chueca, Madrid.

La Dolce Fina, known for its artisanal Italian gelato, has launched an ambitious growth plan via franchises. This strategic move coincides with the opening of its sixth company-owned location, situated at Plaza de Chueca number 4, in Madrid.
In a competitive market, the brand distinguishes itself through the naturalness of its ingredients, artisanal mastery, and a customer experience focused on "authentic happiness" (Autentica Felicità). The objective is to bring Italian gelato to every corner of Spain.
La Dolce Fina's story dates back to 2020, founded by Pili and Juan, inspired by Tuscan tradition. With the support of international master gelato makers like Sergio Dondoli and Sergio Colalucci, they use fresh milk and cream, along with select raw materials such as Italian pistachios and hazelnuts, ensuring a product free from artificial colorings or additives.
In addition to its gelato, they offer authentic Italian coffee from Lavazza and pastries in a café area, aiming for a complete gourmet experience.

"We aim to locate in the most emblematic areas of Madrid, and with this sixth own store in Chueca, after already having a presence in Barrio de Salamanca, La Latina, Malasaña, Chamberí, Moncloa, and La Moraleja. The motto is 'Autentica Felicità': coming to have a gelato is an act of joy, and the goal is for anyone who enters the store to leave happy."

The franchise model is presented as a profitable option with an initial investment starting from 100,000 euros, designed to facilitate the franchisee's daily operations and spread the essence of traditional Italian gelato across the country.
