The Casa Avintia free accommodation center, located in the Valdebebas neighborhood, has served 1,226 people since its opening in November 2022, providing support for families of hospitalized patients.

Since its inception, the complex has recorded a total of 527 user families, with an average stay of 24.18 days. Most of the individuals using these facilities come from other autonomous regions, particularly from Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, and Extremadura.
The profile of the beneficiaries is closely linked to high-complexity healthcare. 75% of the cases treated correspond to patients admitted to reference centers of the Madrid Health Service, such as La Paz, 12 de Octubre, Gregorio Marañón, and Ramón y Cajal hospitals.
Managed by the Avintia Foundation, the center focuses on providing a home-like environment to mitigate the emotional impact on families. The complex features 30 rooms distributed across three modules, along with common areas including kitchens, laundry rooms, living rooms, and children's play zones.
Notably, two-thirds of the hosted families have been accompanying underage patients, with 36% of them being newborns, highlighting the importance of this resource for the emotional well-being of families during pediatric care.
