The course, to be held in person from November 3 to 12, 2026, aims to equip participants with practical tools to optimize team functioning, effective communication, conflict management, and the promotion of shared responsibility.
The training will take place at the Espacio Joven 14-30 and will last 20 hours, spread across sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The methodology will be active, participatory, and experiential, combining group dynamics, simulations, and real-case analysis.
Content will cover topics ranging from the differences between groups and teams to key factors of high performance, roles, leadership, internal communication, conflict management, motivation, and team functioning evaluation. A basic management and coordination plan design will also be included.
The course is intended for leisure and free-time monitors and coordinators, socio-cultural animators, educators, youth technicians, municipal staff, association leaders, and young people involved in work teams or collective projects.
If the number of applications exceeds available places, selection criteria such as age (between 18 and 35 years), applicant profile suitability, connection with youth and associations, and experience or interest in coordinating teams will be considered.
The faculty will include Ismael Ortiz Peñas, CEO of JustGame Gamification, Innovation and Technology, an expert in project design, gamification, and team dynamics in non-formal education.
