A woman between 30 and 40 years old was treated this Sunday in Arganda del Rey after sustaining a stab wound. The incident occurred at the shelter of a bus stop, where the woman stated she had been injured by a knife at her home.

Local Police, Civil Guard officers, and SUMMA medical personnel were dispatched to the scene to attend to the woman. The Local Police shared an image on social media showing traces of blood on the bus shelter and the ground.

Sources from the Civil Guard Command in Madrid have confirmed that the preliminary investigation indicates an accidental incident. Therefore, it is ruled out that the injury was the result of an assault.
