The popular Mercadillo del Gato is once again opening its doors at Madrid's Hotel Palace, offering a curated selection of fashion, accessories, and crafts from May 28 to 31.

This well-established event in the capital has become a must-attend for design and shopping enthusiasts. With over 50 participating brands, the market presents a diverse offering that includes women's, men's, and children's fashion, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, home decor, art, silk painting, floral design as a new addition, and various crafts.
The strategic location of the Hotel Palace, next to important cultural centers such as the Prado Museum, the Thyssen-Bornemisza, and CaixaForum, allows a visit to the market to be naturally integrated into a plan for downtown Madrid. Admission is free, and the market will be open continuously from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM during the four days of the event.

"The value lies not so much in quantity as in the mix: emerging brands alongside regular names that already understand the type of public that circulates here."

the event organizers
With a history of over 100 editions and accumulating 3.5 million visitors, the Mercadillo del Gato attracts between 20,000 and 24,000 people at each call. This success positions it as one of the leading pop-ups in Spain, maintaining its appeal without the need for grand artifices.
