The public center, specializing in medium-stay care, has stood out for its focus on rehabilitation and palliative care. This distinction, granted by the Community of Madrid government, values the hospital's ability to integrate technological innovation into daily patient treatment.
Among the tools implemented that have facilitated this distinction are fall detection systems, digital devices for cognitive stimulation, and the use of robotics in rehabilitation therapies. These solutions are part of the so-called Guadarrama Model, a continuous improvement strategy based on clinical data analysis.
The hospital has 144 beds and organizes its activity into Functional Recovery, Continuing Care, and Palliative Care units. The main objective of this structure is to reduce dependency and improve the quality of life of patients after overcoming acute processes.
“"This recognition is not the result of chance, but of a constant and well-deserved effort."
