Lawyer Manuel San Pastor, alongside councilwoman Alessandra Romero, leads the 'Alcorcón en Marcha' candidacy in the Más Madrid primaries in Alcorcón, competing against Trinidad Castillo's proposal.

The political group Más Madrid in Alcorcón is preparing for internal primaries where two candidacies will vie for the party's leadership in the municipality. On one hand, the 'Alcorcón en Marcha' proposal, led by lawyer and housing rights activist Manuel San Pastor and current councilwoman Alessandra Romero, seeks renewal with an ecological, feminist, and social justice focus.
San Pastor, known for his work with the Platform of Mortgage Victims (PAH) and his participation in Sumar's candidacy in the 2023 general elections, proposes strengthening housing policies, collaboration with local associations, and connecting institutional action with social movements as key pillars.
The 'Alcorcón en Marcha' list is completed by profiles from neighborhood, social, and political activism, including the independent participation of Carolina Elías, a current councilwoman for Más Madrid in the Madrid City Council.
Conversely, the 'Más Alcorcón' candidacy is led by Trinidad Castillo, the current councilwoman for Ecological Transition, Mobility, Education, and Environment. Her proposal focuses on continuing the party's political project in the municipality, with the support of professor Diego Segovia.
The election of the new local leadership will take place through telematic voting on July 4, 5, and 6. Provisional results will be announced on July 8, after which a period for potential appeals will open.
