Trains on the C-5 line of Cercanías Madrid will have their routes modified over two September weekends, terminating at Atocha station.

Residents of Móstoles and other towns in the south of the capital will be affected by improvement works on the C-5 line of Cercanías Madrid. Partial service disruptions are announced that could alter travel plans during the upcoming weekends.
As confirmed by the Cercanías Madrid website, the interruptions will occur on the weekends of September 19 and 20, and September 26 and 27. The affected hours will be between 00:30 and 10:00 AM. During these time slots, C-5 trains will start and end their routes at Atocha station.
This means that passengers from Móstoles wishing to continue their journey beyond Atocha will need to transfer at that station. The C-5 line normally connects Móstoles-El Soto with Humanes, passing through the south of the capital.
Outside of the indicated hours and dates, C-5 trains will operate their usual full route. For more information, Cercanías Madrid recommends consulting their official channels and station staff.
