Donosti-based band Comic Sans, formed by Álvaro, Mickele, Ander, and Diego, will present their new album Todas las cosas que nos salieron mal in 2026.

Comic Sans, a quartet from Donosti, has established itself within the Spanish midwest emo scene since its formation in 2019. The band, consisting of Álvaro (guitar and vocals), Mickele (drums), Ander (guitar and vocals), and Diego (bass), is preparing to release their next studio work.
Their discography includes Jon Lee (2021), Éramos felices y no lo sabíamos (2023), released by BCore and recorded at Ultramarinos Costa Brava studios, and the EP Ojalá fuera mi cumpleaños (2024).
Known for their frenetic riffs, complex drumming, powerful bass lines, and catchy choruses, Comic Sans has toured across the Iberian Peninsula and parts of Europe, sharing stages with international acts such as Michael Cera Palin and Cap’n Jazz.
The new album, titled Todas las cosas que nos salieron mal, will be released by Bcore and recorded again at Ultramarinos Costa Brava. With this release, the band aims to consolidate its sound and broaden its audience within the emo scene.
