The summer film cycle Cibeles de Cine, celebrating its eleventh edition at the Crystal Gallery of CentroCentro, has extended its dates until next September 10. This extension aims to consolidate its audience success and offer a complete cultural experience.
The main novelty this year is the Campari Cycle, held every Thursday. This cycle presents a curated selection of festival films, with a special focus on Spanish cinematic talent. Screenings began on July 2 with "Maspalomas", followed by titles such as "Amarga Navidad", "Tres adioses" (July 23), and "Michael" (July 30). Each screening is accompanied by a Campari Spritz, blending cinema and gastronomy.
This initiative, promoted by the Area of Culture, Tourism, and Sport of the Madrid City Council, combines cinema, culture, and gastronomy in a space open to all audiences. Throughout the 12 weeks of the event, over 30 titles will be screened, offering a diverse cinematic selection.
Last year, the festival demonstrated its great reception by attracting over 40,000 spectators, solidifying its position as a benchmark for summer cinema in the capital.
