The Community of Madrid will increase its investment in social action for Justice Administration officials by 15% in 2026, reaching 1.5 million euros to enhance birth and transport benefits.

The Community of Madrid will allocate 1.5 million euros in 2026 to social action measures for officials of the Justice Administration. This figure represents a 15% increase compared to the previous year, adding an additional 200,000 euros.
As reported by the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Local Administration, this budget expansion will allow for the strengthening of aid included in the Justice Sector Agreement. Special emphasis will be placed on birth and transport programs aimed at public employees in the sector.
Birth aid will see a significant increase. Families with one child will receive 1,500 euros, up from the current 1,000. For families with two or more children and single-parent families, the benefit will rise from 1,500 to 2,000 euros. These increases reflect the Madrid administration's commitment to supporting the families of judicial officials.
In terms of transport, the budget will grow considerably, from 700,000 euros in 2025 to 900,000 euros in 2026. Any unspent amount from birth benefits will be added to this sum, thus expanding the coverage margin for these aids.
The application period for these benefits will remain open until July 1, 2026, inclusive. Interested parties can consult the call for applications on the official portal of the Community of Madrid to process their requests.

"The set of approved aids seeks not only to respond to specific situations but also to strengthen the social protection network and guarantee an environment of stability and opportunities for all."
