Parking and traffic restrictions will be in effect from Friday, August 21 to Monday, August 31, primarily affecting the Historic Center, the Fairgrounds (Calle Ronda del Henares), Parque Sementales (Calle Río Tormes), the Huerta del Obispo – Palacio Arzobispal area, and the surroundings of the Fireworks Castle.
Attendees are advised to avoid using private vehicles in these areas and to pay attention to signage to prevent parking in restricted zones.
During the Opening Speech and the Daytime Fair in the Historic Center, parking restrictions will be active from 08:00 on August 21 to 02:00 on August 31. Access to garages on C/ Nebrija will be via C/ Santiago, and on C/ San Diego via C/ Azucena. C/ Mayor will have loading and unloading hours from 07:00 to 11:00, becoming pedestrian-only thereafter.
For the concerts at Huerta del Obispo, parking will be prohibited during setup, performance, and dismantling. Traffic will be limited at least 2 hours before each concert and will be restored after its conclusion.
At the Fairgrounds, traffic and parking restrictions will apply between Plaza de la Juventud and Glorieta de Gran Canal, from August 21 to 30, between 18:00 and 08:00.
The Splash Water Slide will cause a traffic cut on C/ Padre Llanos from August 24 to 29, between 10:00 and 14:00.
The Grand Float Parade at the end of the festivities, on August 30, will travel along Vía Complutense and adjacent streets, with traffic restrictions starting at 18:00 and the parade commencing at 20:00.
The Fireworks Display, also on August 30 at 00:00 in Huerta del Obispo, will involve traffic restrictions starting 2 hours before the show until its completion.
Urban buses will operate on alternative routes, with changes indicated at bus stop shelters. The Local Police request the cooperation of residents and visitors, urging them to use alternative routes and exercise extreme caution.
