A 35-year-old woman is in serious condition after suffering a knife attack on Dolores Barranco street in Madrid's Usera neighborhood on Tuesday night.

The incident occurred around 10:00 PM. The Samur emergency medical service attended to the victim, who had four significant wounds, and managed to stabilize her before transferring her to the 12 de Octubre Hospital.
Sources from Emergencias Madrid confirmed the woman's serious condition. The Madrid Municipal Police assisted in the operation, escorting the ambulance convoy to the hospital to ensure its safety.
The National Police has taken over the investigation to clarify the circumstances of the assault.
