The Community of Madrid is bracing for a hot day this Monday, according to Aemet, which predicts mostly clear skies and maximum temperatures that could reach 36 degrees Celsius, particularly in the Sierra region.

However, the weather forecast indicates the possibility of isolated showers or occasional thunderstorms occurring in the afternoon, mainly concentrated in the Sierra area.
Regarding the wind, it is expected to blow lightly and variably for most of the day. During the central hours, the wind will shift to the southwest with moderate intervals, before turning to a northerly component by the end of the day.
Temperatures will vary significantly across municipalities. In Madrid capital, highs of 35 degrees Celsius and lows of 21 are expected. Alcalá de Henares and Aranjuez could see highs reaching 36 degrees. Collado Villalba will register highs of 33 degrees, while Getafe and Navalcarnero will reach 35 degrees.
