“"This Gastronomic Exhibition joins other initiatives such as the Tapas Route, the Spoon Route, or Torrestock, which aim to boost the economy and promote the city's hospitality and commercial sectors. I am sure the result will be satisfactory for restaurateurs because they will gain brand image, visibility, publicity, and media presence. This will allow them to attract new customers who would not otherwise visit their establishments. It will be an added incentive to continue increasing the quality and good reputation of the city's restaurants."

The Torrejón de Ardoz Gastronomic Exhibition returns from Friday, April 10, to Sunday, April 19, offering high-end menus for 33 euros at 15 establishments across the city.
Mayor Alejandro Navarro Prieto presented the sixteenth edition of this initiative at Restaurante Redondo, located at Calle Soledad, 20. The event, which has become one of the most prominent culinary gatherings in the area, will feature the participation of 15 restaurants.
The menus, which include starters, first courses, main dishes, and desserts, promise exceptional quality in both preparation and ingredients. They will be available for a single price of 33 euros, including VAT and dessert, offering excellent value for money.
The exhibition will run during specific hours: for lunch, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM daily, and for dinner, from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. This proposal aims to transform Torrejón de Ardoz into a culinary and tourist destination during these dates.
During the presentation, the mayor was accompanied by Carolina Santana, general secretary of UNICEM; Vanesa Calvo, from the Central Zone Merchants Association; Claudia Sánchez, representative of EMU; and Marinela Priboi, owner of Restaurante Redondo.
