The application period for aid for school and computer supplies necessary for learning in the 2026/2027 academic year will be open from September 17 to September 30, 2026, inclusive. It is essential to submit the application form along with original invoices for purchases made in the applicant's name and the supporting documentation required by the call's bases.
This aid is intended for families registered in San Fernando de Henares for at least two years, with a per capita income below €12,240.00 during 2024. Beneficiaries must have children born after December 31, 2005, who are enrolled in regulated studies at publicly funded educational centers in stages such as the second cycle of Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Special Education, Compulsory Secondary Education, Vocational Training, Baccalaureate, or University Degree studies during the 2026/2027 academic year. Applications not meeting these requirements will be excluded.
A family grant of €100 per student is established, with a maximum of €300 per family, provided that the expenses proven by invoices reach these maximum amounts. If the documented expenses are lower, the aid will not exceed the total amount of the submitted invoices.
The aid will cover expenses for consumable school supplies (notebooks, paper, pencils, pens, paints, glue), non-consumable items (calculators, rulers, folders, pencil cases, backpacks), computer equipment necessary for learning (tablets, pendrives, memory cards, computers), school cooperative expenses, and musical instruments such as flutes, melodicas, or xylophones.
The call does not include textbooks, early childhood education worksheets, sports clothing or equipment, or complementary activities such as outings or excursions. The purchase of school and/or computer supplies must have occurred between June 21, 2026, and September 30, 2026.
