The Local Police of Torrejón de Ardoz have seized handbags and headphones showing signs of being counterfeit during checks at the municipal market and the On Plaza shopping center.

The Local Police officers of Torrejón de Ardoz have carried out an operation seizing items suspected of being counterfeit. The checks took place at the municipal market and the On Plaza shopping center as part of regular surveillance activities in the city.
At the municipal market, a stall was found displaying items from well-known brands. The seller could not prove the authenticity of the merchandise or provide authorization for its sale, stating they had purchased the products online and were unaware of their content. The goods were temporarily seized.
In another stall within the same market, 20 handbags suspected of being replicas were confiscated. The seller claimed they originated from an industrial estate in Fuenlabrada. Additionally, a third individual was identified with products of unknown origin and without authorization for street vending.
The operation also extended to the On Plaza shopping center, where the Local Police confiscated 20 AirPods-type headphones. The two vendors of these products were also unable to justify their origin or had the necessary permits for their sale.
