The Department of Education of the San Fernando de Henares City Council has opened the application period for aid aimed at families using extended hours and extracurricular activities in public Infant and Primary Education centers for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The application period will be open from September 17 to 30, inclusive. This aid is intended for families registered in San Fernando de Henares, whose children are enrolled in Infant and Primary Education Centers (CEIPs) during the 2026/2027 academic year and wish to use the Extended Hours and/or Extracurricular Activities services.
A key requirement to access this aid is that the family's per capita income during 2024 must be less than €10,800.00. Applications exceeding this income threshold will be excluded from the call.
The granted aid may cover up to a maximum of 50% of the total cost of the family and work conciliation services. This includes the programs “Funny School”, “Cole Abierto”, and extracurricular activities on school days offered by the Department of Education in public schools. It also covers the morning extended hours service managed by each school's AMPA, through the “Primeros del Cole” program. It is important to note that aid will only be granted for one of the two extended hours periods (morning or afternoon).
The necessary documentation to submit the application includes the duly completed Application Form (Anexo Solicitud). If applying for morning extended hours aid, the “Hace Constar” document completed by the AMPA is required. Additionally, proof of registration in the activity must be provided, which should specify the total price and, if applicable, proof of payment. For morning extended hours, the “HACE CONSTAR” ANNEX must be stamped and signed by the president or president of the Educational Center's AMPA, indicating the hours used, the start date, and the cost.
It is recommended to attach all documentation in a single PDF file. For more detailed information, please consult the Call's Bases and the specific document “Information on Aid for Families Using Extended Hours 26-27”.
