This service, operational daily during the Fair from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM, will allow attendees to directly submit their inquiries, complaints, and claims. In addition to public assistance, the PIC will conduct inspection activities on establishments and activities within the grounds.
Consumer Inspection will carry out daily checks at food stalls, attractions, and artisan craft stands. Compliance with regulations will be monitored, particularly the correct display and visibility of prices for goods and products.
Inspectors will also verify that tombolas and attractions clearly display their operating rules and that consumers are informed about the availability of complaint forms, which can be obtained at the Consumer Information Point itself.
The PIC's presence within the Fairgrounds facilitates consumers presenting their claims on-site in case of any incident, allowing inspectors to verify the events directly at the corresponding establishment or attraction.
“"If a user has a problem, they can go directly to the Consumer Information Point and file their complaint. Inspectors will be able to check what happened at the relevant stall or attraction at the time."
The PIC thus becomes a reference point during the Fairs for information and filing claims, while municipal inspection ensures the protection of consumer rights in one of the busiest and most crowded spaces during these days.
