Alcalá de Henares hosts free guided tours and exhibitions during its local festivities

The Alcalá de Henares City Council has unveiled a free cultural agenda featuring guided tours and exhibitions for all ages, starting on August 24th.

The summer program offers several alternatives to explore local history. Highlights include the Conoce Alcalá con tu familia tour, designed for both adults and children to discover the city's monuments and anecdotes. This activity will take place from August 24th to 28th, starting at 11:00 AM.
Additionally, the Patrimonio a la Luz de la Luna series will offer night-time visits at 10:00 PM between August 24th and 26th. The itinerary includes the Walled Enclosure, the interior of the City Hall Palace, and the Casa de Hippolytus. To participate in these tours, prior booking is required at the tourism offices of Capilla del Oidor or Casa de la Entrevista starting August 21st.
The cultural offering is complemented by several exhibitions open to the public. The Capilla del Oidor will host the Giants and Big-heads exhibition until August 30th. Meanwhile, the Antiguo Hospital de Santa María La Rica features the PHotoESPAÑA: Is that who you think you are? exhibition, and the Quinta de Cervantes presents the Pincel y Cincel painting and sculpture show.
