These awards, chaired by Antonio Jaén, annually recognize individuals and institutions for their outstanding social work, extending beyond their usual spheres of activity. The presentation ceremony will take place in a unique architectural setting, the Monumental Staircase of the Escolapias, a Baroque gem in the Cervantes city.
The event will feature a special concert titled México en la Piel, performed by Pedro Palma, and a proclamation by Silvia Ochoa, a renowned tourist guide from Alcalá de Henares. The event will be hosted by Francisco Norberto Pérez Arias, the usual director of the Santa Teresa Awards Gala.
A lover and passionate about her hometown, she has dedicated a good part of her life to the study of our traditions, anecdotes, and fables with which she makes us travel back in time with her tourism company PaseArte Alcalá.
The official presentation of the Santa Teresa Awards 2026 is scheduled for Sunday, April 19, at 12:00 PM. Admission is a donation of 5 euros, and reservations can be made by calling 605 991 280.
