The incident occurred around 1:40 PM at kilometer 44 of the inner ring road. According to reports, no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
Emergency teams from SUMMA 112 arrived at the scene. Upon arrival, medical staff found the rider in cardiorespiratory arrest and successfully performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers.
After being intubated, the patient was transported by helicopter to the Hospital Doce de Octubre, where he remains in critical condition.
