The municipality of Móstoles has officially inaugurated its tenth primary care center, the 'Enfermera Carmen Vázquez' health center in PAU-4, located at the intersection of Vía Láctea avenue and Géminis street.

This new healthcare facility, representing an investment of approximately 5 million euros, is designed to serve over 7,700 residents in the area. The center boasts a built area of 2,100 square meters, with an additional 1,125 square meters below ground for parking, facilities, and storage.
In terms of services, the center features eleven Family Medicine consultations and eight Nursing consultations. It also includes a sample collection area, treatment and administrative support zones, an ultrasound consultation room, a Social Work office, and service and facility areas. Spaces for midwives, physiotherapy, and a Dental Health Unit will be added soon.

"We hope that the Community of Madrid and the Móstoles City Council will provide professionals for these services as soon as possible."

Association of Neighbors United for PAU-4
Despite addressing a long-standing demand from PAU-4 residents, the absence of pediatric services has caused dissatisfaction. The Association of Neighbors United for PAU-4 has expressed its hope for a swift resolution to this issue.
Currently, pediatric care will continue to be provided at the Doctor Luengo Rodríguez Health Center, which will maintain its current staff and continue to serve most PAU-4 residents who will now also have access to the new facilities on Vía Láctea avenue.
