Developer Alerce Real Estate has confirmed that the project is progressing on schedule, with the complex's opening still slated for the final quarter of 2026. With a gross leasable area exceeding 20,000 square meters, the space is set to become a key economic driver for the southern Community of Madrid.
The site will host top-tier operators, including Mercadona, Lidl, Decathlon, McDonald’s, Norauto, JYSK, Burger King, Müller, Action, Max Colchón, Guaw, Kiabi, Skechers, Juguettos, and Izumo. The developer has already begun handing over premises to companies so they can start fitting out their establishments.
To facilitate hiring, the Aranjuez City Council has organized a job fair to be held on September 24 at the Isabel de Farnesio Cultural Center. At this event, participating operators will collect resumes and outline the professional profiles needed to fill the more than 350 direct and indirect jobs expected to be created.
