The Madrid team has played a total of seven preparation matches, four at home and three away, finishing this phase with a balance that the club considers "not negative," especially considering the adaptation of coach Fran Justo and half of the squad who are debuting this season with the Alcorcón jersey.
During the preseason, Alcorcón faced rivals of various levels. The results obtained were: a 2-0 victory against Getafe ‘B’, 1-1 draws against C.D Navalcarnero and Rayo Majadahonda, 2-1 defeats against A.D Mérida and 1-0 against Unionistas C.F, a 0-2 win against U.B Conquense, and the aforementioned 1-1 draw against the reserve team of Atlético.
With the preseason now concluded, the team turns its attention to the start of the Primera RFEF. Alcorcón's official debut will be on Sunday, August 30th, at 7:15 PM against Águilas F.C. The club aims to start the competition by securing three points at home to face the rest of the campaign with the best possible momentum.
Tactical synergy between the coaching staff and new signings will be key in this first part of the season, where the team will seek to consolidate its play and adapt to the challenges of the league.
