Interested parties can submit their opinions and proposals within a twenty-day period, starting the day after the announcement's publication on the municipal website. Submissions must identify the person or entity making them, although general observations are also welcome.
The City Council clarifies that participation in this consultation does not open a competitive procedure for Official Chronicler candidacies, nor does it constitute a step towards appointing anyone. Its sole purpose is to gather opinions and proposals before drafting the regulatory project.
Once the consultation period concludes, the received contributions will be evaluated during the normative initiative's development process, in accordance with applicable regulations.
