This new healthcare facility, to be located in the former school on Calle Mayor, aims to modernize existing infrastructure and adapt to the projected increase in residents in the municipality. The investment allocated to this project amounts to 2.5 million euros, covering both construction and equipment.
Renovation and adaptation works are scheduled to begin during the last quarter of this year. The center will span 1,500 square meters across two floors, offering distinct areas for Primary Care and Emergency Services, which will significantly enhance healthcare provisions for residents of Torres de la Alameda and nearby towns.

The current health center, built in 1990, was designed to serve a population of fewer than 3,000 inhabitants. However, it currently provides services to nearly 29,000 residents of Torres de la Alameda and surrounding areas, highlighting the necessity for a new facility.
The Community of Madrid has also reported that, as part of its plan for this legislative term, it is constructing 28 new Primary Care facilities out of the 34 planned, with a total investment exceeding 221 million euros, benefiting approximately 620,000 citizens.
