The Chapinería Town Hall, through the Comprehensive Support Service for Caregivers (SAIC 2026), is organizing three free self-care and empowerment workshops for women during the month of October.

These sessions are particularly aimed at women who care for or have cared for others, seeking to provide a space for participants to reflect on their own needs, which are often set aside due to caregiving responsibilities.
The initiative will take place at the Palacio de la Sagra, located at calle Prudencio Melo, 21, in the Aula Polivalente CAPI, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The program includes three sessions: on October 13th, 'Who takes care of me?' will focus on self-care and the importance of personal well-being habits. On October 20th, '1, 2, 3… Breathe and Relax' will concentrate on stress management and relaxation techniques. Finally, on October 27th, the workshop 'How to set boundaries' will offer tools to improve personal relationships and learn to say 'no' without guilt.
