The Pinilla del Valle City Council has launched a new Physical Activity and Health Program aimed at individuals over 65, with the goal of promoting active and healthy aging.

The program includes various activities designed for the specific needs of this age group, such as geriatric gymnastics, cognitive therapy, and workshops on activities of daily living (ADLs), occupational therapy, and play therapy.
